Welcome to WalFeed (“WalFeed”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

WalFeed is an anonymous social discussion platform available to users in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

By accessing or using the WalFeed mobile application or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Ownership & Operator

WalFeed is currently owned and operated by Ilkin Mammadli, acting as an individual developer.

WalFeed may later be transferred to or operated by a legal entity registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan or another jurisdiction. In such case, these Terms will continue to apply, with ownership details updated accordingly.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

• You must be at least 18 years old to use WalFeed.
• By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

WalFeed does not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account may be suspended or deleted immediately.

3. Nature of the Service & Anonymity Disclaimer

WalFeed allows users to post content anonymously.

However:

• WalFeed does not guarantee absolute anonymity.
• Technical limitations, legal obligations, or third-party platform requirements may affect anonymity.
• Users are solely responsible for the content they post.
